Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a RevFunnels account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; we will email registered customers when we do.
2. The service
RevFunnels is a SaaS platform for building, publishing, and managing sales funnels. We provide the tools; you are responsible for the content you publish, the offers you make, and your compliance with the laws of the jurisdictions you operate in.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for the security of your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. One person, one account — accounts are not transferable without our written consent.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use RevFunnels to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing on intellectual property, or involves the sale of regulated goods (firearms, controlled substances, etc.) without proper licensing. We reserve the right to suspend funnels that violate this policy.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal. You can cancel any time from your billing dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions.
6. Content ownership
You own the content you create on RevFunnels — funnels, copy, images, leads. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and serve your content while your account is active and for a reasonable transition period after cancellation.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, Resend, your DNS provider).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevFunnels is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for over 12 months on a paid plan with no successful payment. We will give 30 days' notice before terminating an active paid account.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
